Bên cạnh các tiêu chí về kết quả học tập, vòng phỏng vấn xét tuyển là một trong những bước quan trọng trong quy trình tuyển sinh các chương trình Cử nhân liên kết Đào tạo quốc tế tại Phân hiệu Trường Đại học Ngoại thương tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh.
Thông qua buổi phỏng vấn, Hội đồng tuyển sinh có cơ hội tìm hiểu rõ hơn về năng lực, tư duy, định hướng cá nhân và sự phù hợp của thí sinh với môi trường học tập quốc tế.
Những tiêu chí được đánh giá trong vòng phỏng vấn
1. Tiêu chí 1: Tác phong & thái độ chuyên nghiệp
Thí sinh sẽ được trao đổi về bản thân, điểm mạnh – điểm cần cải thiện, trải nghiệm trong quá trình học tập cũng như những kỹ năng đã được rèn luyện trong thời gian phổ thông.
Hội đồng đánh giá khả năng giao tiếp, sự tự tin, tinh thần chủ động, thái độ nghiêm túc và khả năng thể hiện bản thân của thí sinh trong môi trường học tập năng động, hội nhập.
2. Tiêu chí 2: Mức độ hiểu biết về Chương trình và động lực học tập
Một trong những yếu tố quan trọng là mức độ tìm hiểu của thí sinh về chương trình đăng ký, trường đại học cấp bằng, lộ trình đào tạo cũng như những cơ hội phát triển trong tương lai.
Thí sinh cần thể hiện được:
- Lý do lựa chọn chương trình;
- Sự phù hợp giữa mục tiêu cá nhân và ngành học;
- Kỳ vọng trong quá trình học tập;
- Định hướng nghề nghiệp sau khi tốt nghiệp.
Sự chủ động tìm hiểu thông tin và mong muốn phát triển bản thân là nền tảng giúp sinh viên thích nghi tốt với môi trường đào tạo quốc tế.
3. Tiêu chí 3: Cam kết và định hướng phát triển
Hội đồng tuyển sinh cũng quan tâm đến mức độ cam kết của thí sinh đối với lựa chọn của mình, khả năng xây dựng kế hoạch tương lai và cách ứng viên chuẩn bị cho hành trình đại học.
Một sinh viên phù hợp với chương trình không chỉ có năng lực học tập mà còn cần có tinh thần trách nhiệm, khả năng thích ứng, tư duy độc lập và sự sẵn sàng chinh phục những thử thách trong môi trường quốc tế.
